Erica McCoy, co-responder for Springettsbury, Hellam and Lower Windsor Townships
Erica is employed by WellSpan Philhaven Behavioral Health. She will discuss her experience working with the above police departments on cases where there may be behavioral health issues. Bruce Bartz, her colleague at York County MH\IDD, will join her.
