The Hershey Rotary Club will attend a Friendship Day Celebration sponsored by the World Culture Club of Central PA and Friendship Force of Harrisburg in a program called: Expanding Friendships: Cultures of the World Come to Central Pennsylvania. The program looks at immigration; getting in, getting settled, getting involved and making friends. Please feel free to come in traditional attire to share your style and celebrate your culture.
A panel representing five continents will be moderated by Professor Clem E. Gilpin, Ph.D. who is a retired Asst. Professor of Community Systems and African American Studies at Penn State Harrisburg. Professor Gilpin is a Friendship Force International Board Member.
