Meeting Format Changes
1. Staffed Buffet Instead of Banquet
Our club's board made the decision to revert to a staffed buffet, as the banquet-style luncheons have been causing logistical issues and distractions during meetings. The Hilton staff will wear masks and gloves, and we ask that all club members follow the CDC's indoor masking guidelines as well.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow yourself time to move through the buffet and be seated before President Matt calls the meeting to order at 12:00.
2. Registration Optional
Registration is encouraged, but no longer required to attend meetings in person. Pre-registering sends a calendar invitation to your email inbox and helps ensure that the appropriate amount of food is available.
3. Continue to Follow CDC Masking Guidelines
The CDC recommends that all individuals 2 years of age and older wear masks in public indoor settings in areas of "Substantial" or "High" transmission rates.
"In Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, community transmission is High Transmission.
Everyone should wear a mask in public indoor settings."
4. Virtual Meeting Available
Our Tech Team has been hard at work providing a high-quality virtual meeting experience for our club members and guests. If you are not vaccinated, not feeling well, or have a possible exposure to COVID-19, the club's board of directors kindly asks that you enjoy our virtual meeting experience instead of attending in person.
