Amidst a long spell of online weekly meetings due to COVID-19 restrictions, Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Harrisburg gathered on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 for Happy Hour at the stunning venue West Shore Country Club.
The relaxing and serene West Shore Country Club outdoor event gave our Rotarians an opportunity to socialize and connect with other Rotarians, enjoy drinks and snacks, breathe in some fresh air and enjoy the sights of the lush green golf courts around them.
Andy Rebuck hosted a putting contest, where the golfers were encouraged to hit the Rotary bell. For some of the attendees, it was the first time they ever tried their hand at putting, but the support and tips from the seasoned golfers around encouraged them to give it a try, and win!
The winners were then entered into a raffle and the raffle winners took home some cool prizes and Rotary merch.
It was a beautiful evening, well spent among friends, and like-minded individuals who want to make a difference!
