Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Area is in need of Rotarian Assistance with outdoor clean up and material assembly for their upcoming conference, "BOLD Path to a BIG Future."
 
The activities we will have two options, those who can do some physical lifting and others sedentary prep. 
 
Activities include: 
  • Conference set up ( We are hosting our conference across our street at the STEAM academy) Tables and chairs will need to be set up to accommodate the workshops. 
  • Sedentary: Wrapping our attendee favors with BBBS Hershey bar wrappers 
  • Packing folders with agendas/templates and conference bags 
  • lanyards for attendees
  • table center pieces 
  • We will also have some 2023 School based mentoring packing to help us get prepared as well.
Parking is available at 1519 N 3rd St, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
