Mary Quinn, Ex. Dir., YWCA of Harrisburg

Mary Quinn is the Chief Executive Officer of the YWCA Greater Harrisburg, a position she has held since 2015. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, Mary is a respected community leader and advocate with a passion for creating meaningful change and strengthening the communities she serves.

Under her leadership, the YWCA Greater Harrisburg has continued to evolve as a leading provider of services addressing some of the region’s most pressing challenges, including domestic and sexual violence, housing and homelessness, education, employment, and economic opportunity. Mary oversees an $8 million operating budget, $15 million in assets and endowments, and a team of approximately 80 employees. She has led strategic initiatives focused on organizational growth, financial sustainability, program development, fundraising, and the preservation and modernization of the YWCA’s historic 80,000-square-foot facility.
