The October 26 Program was presented by Kristen Irwin, Executive Director and Evan Himes, Marketing & Membership Director of the Monroe YMCA. Pictured with Kristen and Evan is club president Don Lieto (R).

The YMCA was founded in 1954 to promote the Christian way of life with the motto of living by the golden rule "treat others the way you wish to be treated." In 1971 the Monroe YMCA officially moved to its current location. The financials of the YMCA were discussed, in particular where their funds come from and how they give back to the community. The YMCA logo has recently changed, this is the first time in 50 years.
