The Rotary Club of Lynn held its first Eighth Grade Recognition Program of 2020 on Thursday, January 30th at the Old Tyme Italian Cuisine before a large crowd of students, teachers, family members and Rotarians.
The Rotary Club of Lynn held its first Eighth Grade Recognition Program of 2020 on Thursday, January 30th at the Old Tyme Italian Cuisine before a large crowd of students, teachers, family members and Rotarians.
The program, a longtime staple on Lynn’s event calendar is sponsored by RiverWorks Credit Union and recognizes one eighth grade student from every public and private Lynn school. Students are selected by their teachers for overcoming challenges and for outstanding contributions both inside and out of the classroom. Lynn Rotarian Wendy Silva serves as coordinator for the event.
