The Festival of Trees, at the Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, will begin at noon, Sunday, November 12 and run to the 18th. This fundraiser is to provide scholarships for LVTI seniors.
This is the third year Lynn Rotary has participated in this event, and we expect a large number of Rotarians will support this fundraiser.
The tree was donated by Stephanie Mower, and the committee has chosen the theme: PEACE. Our tree will reflect this theme with the word “peace" written in different languages, globe ornaments and children's books on several areas of peace.
You may choose to help this effort/donate in several ways:
* lottery tickets or gift cards from local restaurants
* donate cash for the committee to purchase
decorations, lottery tickets...
