Pool for Polio

Come out support our event to raise funds to eradicate polio! It is the 100th Anniversary of the Rotary Foundation.

In celebration of all the amazing projects and work that we are able to do in the world thanks to the Rotary Foundation, we are launching our FIRST Annual Pool for Polio! Funds raised will go towards our End Polio Now campaign.

Each dollar raised is matched 5:1; the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation provides $2 for every dollar raised and the Canadian government also provides matching funds! Your $1 becomes $5!

Tickets are $25. Hope to see you there!

There will be a pool tournament, silent auction items in an evening that will be filled with fellowship and fun!

Recap: Mix and Match Tuesday, October 25

On Tuesday, October 25, our FUN FEARLESS & FOCUSED Rotary club hosted a District event that included Rotaractors, Interactors and Rotarians! What a great evening of fun and friendship for us to network with our young Rotary leaders!

We had Rotaractors and Interactors from the Edmonton area join us along with several Rotary clubs. Thank you all for taking time out of your busy schedule to come and mingle!

Thank you to Lindsey Johnson, President, University of Alberta Rotaract Club, and her team, along with Kate Peters, Rotaract Chair RC Edmonton Whyte Avenue for their hard work on putting such a great event together.

We look forward to making this an annual event so watch for details in the future!
