Rotary Whyte Avenue took a few weeks off to enjoy the holidays and I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season! As we gear up for 2020, I just want to acknowledge all the hard work of everyone over the past year. In 2019, we came together to serve the community through countless community service events; we were fearless in taking on new and exciting fundraisers in support of youth at risk and to combat polio; and we created great moments together in fellowship! I'm incredibly grateful to everyone for their hard work, support, and dedication to the club and to serve others. Thank you! I can't wait to see what we will accomplish together in 2020!
Kristin and Kevin got together to help plan the brainstorming session at our next Rotary Meeting!
Following up from our Oct. 1 club assembly, this club assembly and brainstorming session is our opportunity to reflect and discuss on how we as a club want to be engaged, fundraise, as well as review what makes us tick as a club. It also gives us an opportunity to highlight what is going well and potentially course correct if we decide there is a better way to reach our strategic goals and vision for the club.
Through this brainstorming session, we can pool together our thoughts, insights, and knowledge! The results of our meeting will be compiled and recorded, giving us a snapshot of what our club thinks today so that we can use it as a guiding resource moving forward!
Hope everyone can make it!
