2nd Annual Shine for ShelterBox

The Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue’s second annual Shine for ShelterBox event will be held on Tuesday January 21^st from 5:45pm to 7:00pm at The Almanac on Whyte Avenue (10351 82 Ave NW). Please join us while we socialize over drinks and appetizers while learning about ShelterBox.

ShelterBox is a Rotary partner that provides emergency disaster relief to families around the world who have been made homeless by natural disaster and conflict. Last year our club raised the $1,500 needed to pay for one ShelterBox. This year our club is going to match donations up to a total of $1,500 to help meet our goal of funding two Shelterboxes!

There is no cost for this event, but we kindly ask that you make a donation to ShelterBox at the event to help ensure no family goes without light, warmth, and shelter. Tax receipts will be issued for any amount over $25.00.
