Due to low sales, we've decided to cancel the wine survivor planned for September 17.
 
Though this is not the best outcome, cancelling will ensure we don't get stuck with any major costs, allows us to concentrate our efforts on some of the big fundraising events coming up (such as the Dodge the Streets), and provides an opportunity to learn and be ready for the next time. 
 
I'd like to thank everyone who worked so hard selling tickets!  Though it's unfortunate to cancel the raffle, all your hard work to make to move this raffle forward is what drives this club. I know we as a club can find the best path forward to make sure we avoid this type of outcome in the future. 
  
Going forward, we'll take time during our Club Assembly on October 1st to discuss fundraising so that everyone has an opportunity to comment and so that we can discuss as a club.
