Let's get planning! The Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue leadership team took time this week to get together online. The club executive and chairs discussed how the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the club and the response to date. The team agreed that the club is doing a lot to keep active and remain people of action in support of the Edmonton community, including everything from: fundraising; creating new forms of physical distancing volunteering activities; and moving meetings online so that we can keep enjoying Rotary safely during the outbreak. The leadership team also talked about the next Rotary year, which begins in July. Incoming President Stan is already doing an amazing job assembling the new leadership team and planning an exciting year ahead. Looking forward to the next Rotary year already! |
