Tour and Tasting

The Monolith is one of Blind Enthusiasm’s brewery locations just off Whyte Avenue at 9919 78 Avenue. Join The Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue for a tour and tasting at 7:30pm on Thursday March 9, 2023.

This the only brewery in Canada purpose-built for spontaneous fermentation at production scale. Each tour will walk you through the brewhouse, the barrel rooms, and the coolship where the spontaneous fermentation takes place. When you’re done the tour, you’ll be guided on a tasting that showcases the difference that each fermentation technique makes.

Tours cost $15/person, and includes a guided tasting.
