Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCARS)

SCARS mission is to promote the humane care and protection of all animals and to prevent cruelty and suffering. Terra will be speaking to our club about how SCARS manages to keep over 200 homeless animals in care and find loving homes for over 1,200 animals every year. Each one is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and receives whatever care it needs.
