Tree Planting With Edmonton's Root for Trees!

Come plant trees with Rotary and Root for Trees!  

The City of Edmonton's Root for Trees initiative aims to rejuvenate natural areas in Edmonton through tree planting. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue is supporting this initiative by volunteering to help plant trees. You can help green our city by volunteering with us on May 31, 2018!

Details:

Where: we'll meet at the corner of 205 Street & 60 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta. The tree planting will take place around this area and Hamptons Lake.

When: Thursday May 31, 2018.

What time: 4:45PM to 7PM.

Interested volunteers are requested to sign-up before Thursday, May 10 in order to take part!  This is to ensure that Roots for Trees has time to prepare the materials. 

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring your 'Rotary at Work' shirt if you have one!
