President Roger started the business meeting promply at 7:20, with Jeanne Weaver giving the invocation and leading us in the pledge of allegiance. Rita reported a balance of $6,596.68 in the bank. Prez Roger established a nominating committee for President for 2016-17 and a new club secretary. The committee will contact a nominee for president-elect for the following club year as well.

President Roger awarded Jasmine with her new official Western Douglas County Rotary Badge. (recent new members not receiving their "hug" from Roger may obtain one at future meetings)

Diane reported the Progressive Dinner will start at Tod's house at 6pm, with Rita's house at 730 pm and Rogers house at 9 pm.

Jim Tomanek reported that he has been elected as new executive Director of COPE.

Tod Ringenberg reported that his mother celebrated her 93rd Birthday. Super congratulations!
