NEW WAYNE ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL

The club recently heard from Russ Plager, Principal at the Wayne Elementary School.  Russ explained some of his ideas for the school including how to build relationships and how to interact with the students.  He told about: Grace, Accountability, Caring, Confrontation, being Safe and Respectful and Responsible.
