Fellow member, Bill Engebretsen, was the speaker at our club meeting on Oct. 18. He told us about Arbor Day and our Rotary tree challenge. Not only does Bill have a Master’s of Divinity degree, but he has an undergraduate degree in biology and is an Arbor Day Foundation member. Rotary International President Ian Riseley’s 2017-18 challenge is: Every Rotarian plant a tree by Earth Day April 22, 2018.
