Club member Jack Imdieke introduced Heather Headley as the speaker at our club meeting on June 20. She is head librarian at the Wayne Public Library. She previously worked at the library for 15 years before going to graduate school in Kansas. There are 3,400 library cards, with hopes of adding more members including from counties other than Wayne County. The library gets approximately 170 new items each month. Activities include a book club, adult coloring, story time, knitting, J unk in the Trunk, movie night, books for babies and preschoolers, and summer reading programs.
