Club member Christian Legler introduced Kim Kaup with Northeast Nebraska Community Action at our club meeting on May 16. Kim is a native of Beemer and lives with her family in West Point. NNCA's main office is in Pender. They cover 14 counties. Programs include commodities for low income clients over 60 years old, weatherization, immunization clinics, rental assistance, and Vet supportive services.
Thank you to Ron McKeever for attending this morning. Ron is our Area 1 Assistant Governor from Norfolk. He is a member of the Norfolk Rotary Club. We always enjoy his visits!
We were pleased to have Sarah Wibben join us for this morning's meeting as well. Sarah is our scholarship winner and will be attending Wayne State College this fall. She plans to major in music education.
