LUCAS RIX TALKS ABOUT 1812 EMPORIUM

Lucas Rix, co-owner of Rustic Treasures, told about their newest project, 1912 Emporium at our club meeting on August 31.  When done with the extensive remodeling, this will be the location of their "high end" merchandise.  Jeff Allen and his son will rent the west end and hope to open a brewery in the future.  Rustic Treasures has over 2,500 consignors and employ 12.  Lucas said they sell 300-500 items per day.  Lucas and Mark Kanitz have been directly responsible for the increase in downtown customers and are a valuable addition to Wayne commerce.
