FFA advisor and Wayne High Ag instructor Toni Rasmussen along with Wayne High students Allison Claussen, Hana Nelsen, and Mariah Frevert spoke about the program at Wayne High at our club meeting on November 22.  Toni started at Wayne High in the fall of 2017 and is a native of Albion.  Each girl told about their background and their interest in the ag education program.  Toni noted FFA started in 1928.  Nebraska added women members in 1971.
 
 
Classes include Plant Science, Ag Business and Land, and Intro to Ag.  Items studied include soils, plants, and animal health.  Programs include LDE, EDGE, and SAE.  The club currently has 28 members.  Toni said she has been really happy with the community support.
