We estimated 382 people attended our Soup Supper for the Festival of Trees. This was a record number for quite a few years.
Words can't express how grateful our club is to the public for supporting our Festival of Trees Feast Thursday evening. We were a little unprepared for the huge turnout; but thanks to Brian, Brent, and Dana from Pac N Save we got through it. We have such an amazing community and club. Thanks to everyone! A few we would like to mention are our WSC Rotaract Club for assisting and to Lincoln and Eric for the wonderful musical entertainment. Thanks to Kaki and her committee for all the hard work, but it could never have happened without ALL the club members working together. It was so amazing to see so many people enjoying the parade, the beautiful trees at the Festival of Trees, the specials in the stores, and coming to the soup suppers and other food events. Thanks to Wayne America, Inc. for bringing back the Festival of Trees and promoting this annual fun event. Fun Times!
