The Rotary Dictionary Project is striving to give every third grade student in the U.S. their own dictionary.  Over two million children received a dictionary in 2016.  This is thanks to the generosity of sponsors, such as Rotary, who have participated in the project.  Wayne Club members assisted Darrell Miller with adding the labels to the inside of the dictionaries at our club meeting on Sept. 13.  Darrell has chaired this project for over 10 years.  We thank him for his dedication.

About 400 dictionaries will be distributed by Wayne Rotary volunteers to 3rd graders in twelve area schools (11 towns).  These will be delivered in the next few weeks.
