CHECK PRESENTED TO WAYNE SCHOOL

Wayne Rotary Club President, Bob Ensz and President Sandy Brown with the Wayne Green Team were also present. Both talked about the most recent bicycle rack projects on the north side of the elementary school. The project was supported by a District Rotary Grant and both presented Superintendent, Mr. Lenihan with a $3,000 check.

The bike racks are currently being used and kids are encouraged to participate in Bike to School Friday and National Bike to School Day on May 8, 2016. There will also be a ceremony held on Friday, September 30 after school for a presentation of helmets to kids at the elementary school.
