The last meeting for President Bob Ensz, who is discussing the meeting with the incoming President Barb Engebretsen.
Our meeting was well attended, although the new seating arrangement confused many of us!
It was exciting to have some guests: Jeff Carstens, Mary Carstens, and Kevin Armstrong. Guests are always welcome to join us anytime!
Our club still does the traditional singing. We have some very talented singers in our club. Kaki Ley is an outstanding song leader, and Jack Imdieke is a great back-up!
Bob Ensz recently completed his year as president of the Wayne Rotary Club. Barbara Engebretsen, who will serve as the new president, presented a plaque of appreciation from the club to Bob. He was instrumental in getting a Rotary District Grant to assist in funding the Bike Rack Program. Two bicycle racks that hold 10 bikes each were installed on concrete pads. Some helmets for students at Wayne Elementary were also purchased.
