BankCard Center Speakers

Kyle Rose introduced Bob Foxhoven and Jill Sweetland, who told our club about the history and various duties of the employees at the First National Bank Card Center at our December 16 meeting.

Some of the responsibilities include fraud alert, collections, and credit application. Their goal is for their customers to feel valued and appreciated. They are located in 7 states and have over 5000 employees. They have also utilized WSC interns.
