Affordable Care Act

Representatives from the Nebraska Department of Insurance explained the Affordable Care Act to members of the club on Nov. 4.  The 5 year old program, which was established to decrease the number of uninsured in the USA, has over 2000 pages of rules, regulations, and penalties for companies who do not comply in time.  A good website for more information is healthcare.gov.
