Fed Policy

Doug Nodgaard currently serves as Community Bank President and a member of the Board of Directors at Equitable Bank, where he oversees the Omaha market’s growth, credit quality, and daily operations. Since joining Equitable Bank in 2013, Doug has helped expand the Omaha branch’s assets from $12 million to over $160 million.

With more than 35 years of banking experience, Doug has held leadership roles at United Republic Bank, First Westroads Bank, and Great Western Bank, where he managed lending teams, business development, and portfolio growth. He is also a graduate of Wayne State College with a degree in Business Administration and a 1994 graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.

Active in his community, Doug has served as Past President of the Omaha Morning Rotary, and held leadership and board roles with organizations including the Elkhorn Legion Baseball Association, Together, Inc., and the Salvation Army Kettle Club.
