Mr. Milobar is the District Director for the Nebraska office of the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA). His primary duties include the SBA’s guarantee loan program, small business technical assistance, government contracting assistance and disaster assistance.
Mr. Milobar joined the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2005 as the District Director in Portland Oregon. In April of 2007, Mr. Milobar was assigned the Nebraska District Office. Prior to joining the agency, Mr. Milobar was the Associate State Director at the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1982 – 2005). He was responsible for the management and technical assistance provided to new and existing businesses throughout the nine service centers located in Nebraska.
He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha BS – MBA and a certified economic Development fiancé professional by the National Development Council.
He is a Nebraskan, born and raised here in Omaha.
