Rotarian of the Year

David Walters was presented with the Rotarian of the Year plaque by the Norfolk Rotary Club at a regular club meeting on September 14th. The selection of David for this honor was based upon his excellent service to the community as a volunteer bell ringer for the Salvation Army, for his willingness to assist at the Rotary Pie and Ice Cream Social in raising funds to benefit community service projects, for his service as club treasurer, and for his excellent attendance at club meetings and functions. David has been a member of Norfolk Rotary for five years.
