Mayor Josh Moenning gave us a City of Norfolk update. He discussed: Economic growth - Industrial expansion such as the extension of a natural gas pipeline into Norfolk and having shovel ready sites available. Enhanced quality of life - The importance of having a strong downtown area, riverfront development with public investment, the status of the First Street bridge construction, the extension of the trails system, and tree planting efforts.
