Norfolk's interactive city website offers contacts and service

Jim McKenzie of the City of Norfolk spoke at the October 5th lunch about social networking sites, such as Twitter and Facebook, and introduced us to the interactive Official City of Norfolk website found at http://www.ci.norfolk.ne.us/ The city website offers useful information concerning city government, city meetings, city council agendas and council meeting minutes. Visitors to the site are able to apply for pet licenses and pay bills for city utilities or for police citations, among other options. The site offers contact information for city offices and employees, as well as a variety of information about the city of Norfolk for residents and visitors.
