In recognition of our nation's 250th Anniversary, Glenwood Rotary members recently presented miniature U.S flags to the 4th grade classes at West elementary. In addition, Air Force veteran Dennis Kelly gave a brief presentation to the classes on the history of the U.S. flag and its importance to our country, along with answering questions from the 4th graders. Assisting Dennis were Rotarians Bob Cummings (Air Force veteran), Wilma Kelly, Nicole Kooiker and Patrick Umberger.
