Tim gave a detailed presentation on the past, present, and future of Kiewit Corporation. The construction company based in Omaha, Ne is ranked #5 among national contractors, and is the home of over 2,000 engineers and design professionals. Each employee at Kiewit Corporation attends multiple intensive training classes in their first years at the Corporation. Tim Becker, Director of Learning and Kiewit University, said he knows Kiewit trains more than nearly every other construction company, but stated that they "would rather train the employees who might leave the company than not train the employees who stay."
