Glenwood Rotary Club members welcome Joel Alejandro Ibanez Soto at Eppley Airfield on Sunday, August 6th after an almost 24-hour journey from his home in Tarija, Bolivia. Rotarians left to right behind Joel are Erin Jones, Patrick Umberger, Wendy Halbert, John Halbert, Stan Sibley, Bill Magnuson, Dick Lincoln, and Rob Simmon. Joel will be living with sponsors Wendy and John during his first semester at Glenwood Community High School.
