President Katelin Lusch thanks Officer Noah Hahn for his informative presentation on the Glenwood Police Department's K-9 Program. Glenwood retired its last police dog, primarily a narcotics detection dog, about two months ago. Officer Hahn just began a campaign to raise about $12,000 in the next few months to purchase a multipurpose police dog (detection, apprehension, search and rescue, etc.) for the Department. Officer Blake Westerhold accompanied Officer Hahn.
