President Patrick Umberger thanked Dave Malcom, Glenwood Municipal Utilities Superintendent, after his informative presentation about his organization that provides water and sanitation services to Glenwood and a growing area. Dave has worked for GMU for 23 years and as Superintendent over the last year.
