Culpepper & Merriweather Circus

 
 
​The Rotary Club of Glenwood brought the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus to town for two action-packed 90-minute shows at the Glenwood Lake Park on Friday, August, 28th!  The Circus specializes in affordable, family-friendly entertainment and its show was enjoyed by nearly 1,100 children of all ages - toddlers, kids, teenagers, parents & grandparents!
 
While the performers and crew of Culpepper & Merriweather deserve the credit for an exciting show, we were also impressed by the outpouring of support from the community.  Businesses and other public and private organizations provided technical assistance or generously donated time and financial support.  Many businesses and individuals donated tickets to local social service agencies who in turn gave families and others with special needs an opportunity to enjoy the event who otherwise may not have been able to attend.  We wish to express our sincere appreciation to those businesses, individuals, and organizations listed below:
