At our May 31st meeting friends and club members honored our Rotary Youth Exchange student Joel Ibanez with a farewell dinner. Joel returns home to Tarija, Bolivia on June 6th after spending the last academic year at Glenwood Community High School and with host family and members Wendy and John Halbert.
