 Howard J. Gillespie was inducted on June 30, 2020 as the new Ingleside Rotary President. Howard is retired from the United States Navy and is currently the County Commissioner Precinct 4 for San Patricio County. Howard Gillespie (Commissioner Precinct 4) relieves Superintendent Troy Mircovich as incoming President.
