Go Purple on 24 October: Let’s make Polio impossib

Dear Presidents and Members,

The District Public Image Team is shaking things up this year- and we need your help to make a bold statement!

On 24 October, we’re asking every Rotarian to Go Purple, echoing the purple dye marked on a child’s pinky finger after receiving the polio vaccine.

It’s simple, visual, and guaranteed to get people talking.

How to join in:

1. Wear Purple: Grab a purple shirt, tie, scarf, or accessory.

2. Snap & Share: Take a photo or short video and post it to social media.

3. Pick an Action: Choose one quick activity from the new Activation Toolkit (crafted by team member Angelique) to help your club spark local awareness.

Already busy on the 24th? No problem! Pick any date as close to World Polio Day as possible.
