Please join us for the Annual Rotary Youth Exchange Holiday Gathering on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Please plan to arrive by 4:30 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. we will open with introductions, and the announcement of country assignments for our new Outbounds followed by our meal and ceremony. The dress is Rotary Style (business casual). The event will be held at the York County 4-H Center, 771 Stoverstown Road, York, PA 17404 (717-825-9412). The Senior 4-H students will be helping to prepare our meals. Rotex—Please wear your Rotary blazers!

In addition to our main menu, we are asking the Inbounds to bring a dish that is native to their country. We suggest that it be a “side dish” or dessert item. These dishes are just for “sampling”. Last year we had 110 people attend the event. Please bring a small paper sign to help identify the dish, your name and country. Also, bring any required serving spoon, etc... You will be   responsible to dispose of, or take home any leftovers. Inbounds—thank you for sharing part of your culture with us! Inbounds—please wear your Rotary blazers and nametag!

The Holiday Gathering will be the first event where District 7390 & 7620 Inbounds who arrived in the summer of 2017 will be meeting our newly selected Outbounds for 2018-2019.  This is a mandatory event for all Inbound & Outbound Students.

Reservations are required to attend this event in order to coordinate food preparation and set-up at the 4-H Center. Please RSVP by December 29, 2017 There will be no charge to attend this event, however a donation jar will be available!
