When can I attend RLI? - Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. via Zoom.

What is RLI? - A leadership and development program to strengthen Rotary Clubs through education, collaboration and the exchange of ideas among its future leaders. A three-part curriculum facilitated by experienced, trained faculty members engaging participants through open discussion, problem solving and creative role-play.

What will I learn at RLI? - More about Rotary, The Rotary Foundation, Membership, Ethics, Service Projects, Communications, Strategic Planning and Analysis. You’ll also make new friends, and enjoy fellowship and networking opportunities.

Course Levels: Parts I, II, III and Graduate

  • Part 1: Introduction to the larger Rotary world. Topics will include our foundation and leadership in Rotary.
  • Part 2: Takes the learning to the next level. Topics include service partnerships, leading projects, and engaging members in our clubs.
  • Part 3: The top level of RLI focuses on advanced topics such as strategic planning and international service projects. Completion of Part 3 earns a RLI graduation certificate.
  • Graduate Seminar: follow-on training to continue the learning. This year’s topic discusses the 7 areas of focus of the Rotary Foundation.
