Paul Krumm our incoming Boise East President presents Russell Johnson, District 5400's incoming District Governor a unique, hand-turned pen made by Charter Member Dick Halsey. Russell shared many of the great events planned this year centering around "Service". We look forward to seeing just how big we can FAIL! Governor Johnson has challenged us to push the boundaries this year and try ideas within Rotary that we might have avoided or been afraid to try. Its an exciting time to be a part of an organization that has brought so much good to our World!
