   CAPT Glasser has Commanded three police districts, Homeland Security, served as senior staff for two Chiefs of Detectives but spent overwhelming majority of his career in Narcotics & Vice.

CAPT Glasser has taught 7th & 8th grade Algebra & Geometry in Jefferson Parish, taught Narcotics enforcement for 21 years at the NOPD Academy, co-authored a book on Narcotics enforcement, and is a court/certified expert in all areas of Narcotics interdiction in every section of criminal district for the Parish of Orleans
