Joy in a Bottle: How Resilience, Faith, and Grit are Building a Global Wine Brand from New Orleans
Adilah Brodie, founder of Brodie’s Love Wines, shares her inspiring journey from rebuilding after loss to creating a globally recognized wine brand rooted in New Orleans resilience, faith, and joy. Her story proves that even after the storm, purpose can pour again.
About Adilah Brodie:
Adilah Brodie is the visionary founder and CEO of Brodie’s Love Wines, the first Black woman-owned Chilean wine brand in the United States.
Headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana, Brodie’s Love embodies “Joy in a Bottle” - a celebration of faith, resilience, and the unbreakable spirit of New Orleans.
After relaunching her brand during the pandemic, Adilah was selected for the NFL Super Bowl SOURCE Supplier Program, securing five contracts out of 1,400 applicants. Her wines are featured on Dakar NOLA’s pairing menu, and the company has partnered with SunDial (Essence) to expand its retail visibility and social impact.
Certified as an ACDBE, DBE, WOSB, SEBD, Hudson Initiative, and Louisiana Small Business enterprise, Brodie’s Love has earned approvals in over 30 major U.S. airports and is now expanding into luxury hotel chains, airline lounges, exclusive airport concessionaires, duty-free retail, airline partnerships, andselect natural grocery retailers.
Adilah continues to build bridges through entrepreneurship and storytelling, proving that purpose, like good wine, only gets richer with time.
