• Juvenile Squad
• Mayors Security
• Municipal & Juvenile Courts & City Council Security
CAPT Glasser has Commanded three police districts, Homeland Security, served as senior staff for two Chiefs of Detectives but spent overwhelming majority of his career in Narcotics & Vice.
CAPT Glasser has taught 7th & 8th grade Algebra & Geometry in Jefferson Parish, taught Narcotics enforcement for 21 years at the NOPD Academy, co-authored a book on Narcotics enforcement, and is a court/certified expert in all areas of Narcotics interdiction in every section of criminal district for the Parish of Orleans
CAPT Glasser has appeared on every local TV and Radio station in New Orleans, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, and Fox News National.
